イギリスではイースターになると、Hot Cross Bunsを食べる慣習がある。 (In England there is a tradition of eating Hot Cross Buns at Easter) たまに自分で作った食べ物と手芸のことを書き込みしたいと思うけど、下の写真の中のHot Cross Bunsは私が作っていなかった。 (Although I want to post things I've made myself on here, I didn't make these this time)
食べたのは私だったけど (・ω・) (I definitely ate them though)
ちょと焦がしてしまったのに美味しかったです。ｗ (I burned them a little, but they were still good) lol
Hot Cross Bunsに加えて、卵の形をしているチョコも食べられる。 (In addition to hot cross buns, people also eat chocolate eggs)
普通に子供向けですけど、大人も食べるのが好きだと思います。 (It's more for children, but a lot of adults like eating them too)
やっぱりチョッコは子供向けだけではないね。 (^_^)v (Chocolate is definitely not just for children afterall)
先週の金曜日 車で湖水地方のKeswickの近く小さな町から大都会のNewcastleへ行って、好きな歌手のShane Filanのコンサートを見に行きました。 (Last week I drove from a small town near Keswick in The Lake District to the city of Newcastle to see a live Shane Filan concert.)
Shane Filanを知っていますか？アジアでもファンが多い。(Have you heard of Shane Filan? He's also famous around Asia.)
実は自動車の運転にはまだ自信がなくてちょう怖かったの！
でも湖水地方にいるので電車はちょっと・・・
難しいですけど。 (I don't have a lot of driving experience yet so it was kind of a big deal for me. But getting the train from where I live is a real pain...)
でもね何事もなくNewcastleについてきた！ (But we managed to make it without any problems!)
到着したとき、すぐにショッピングをしてたｗ (As soon as we arrived we immediately went shopping lol)
いや、実はその日に限って、何も買わなかったけど。 町と店を見物しただけです。 (Although I didn't actually buy anything this time anyway, just looked around the city and the shops.)
まぁ・・・アジアからスナックは買ったけどね。 (Well... I did buy some Asian snack foods.)
私が住んでいる場所にそういう物を買うのができないから、たくさん買ってしました 。 (You can't buy things like that where I live so I bought a lot...)
後、市役所へ歩いた。市の中心から市役所まで歩いて５、６分だから歩いていた。写真はたくさん撮ったの！見物と、Shaneも写真を撮った。ビデオも！すっごく楽しかった！ (Later, we walked to the City Hall, which is only about 5 minutes from the City Centre. I took a lot of photos of the area and of the concert, and I also recorded some videos. It was really good!)
母と日本料理店にランチを食べた： (My mum and I went to a Japanese restaurant for lunch)
ショッピングのあと、ちょっと疲れていて、ちょっと時間があって車の中に少し休んで、スナックを食べた。（母は私が寝ちゃったと思ったから写真を撮ってみた。ばれたけどねｗｗｗｗ） (After we went shopping, we were pretty tired and had a little time to spare so we took a rest and ate some snacks in the car. (She thought I had fallen asleep so she tried to take a picture, but was "caught red handed" hahaha!)
とにかく、その後、ライブに行って、すごいポジションだった！近いよね！
(Anyway, later on when we went to the concert location we had great seats! We were so close!)
ビデオも撮った。音質が悪いですけど・・・ (I also recorded some videos, but the quality is quite bad...)
